Planning Worksheet

It will be helpful to identify basic network information before configuring your appliance.  Fill out the worksheet to expedite your appliance installation and maintain a record of appliance information.

The appliance must be assigned a host name to identify it on the network. Record the host name for easy reference.

Administrator Password[Celest1x]

Administrator Password

You will be prompted to change the password when you first access the web user interface during setup. The administrator account allows management-level access to your appliance. Define the administrator password using at least six characters with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and non-alphanumeric characters (for example, !, $, #, %). The password cannot be based on a dictionary word.

Note: The default administrator account is “admin”, and the default password is “[Celest1x]” (case sensitive, brackets included).
