Celestix offers a comprehensive range of technical service offerings including remote support, on-site deployment assistance, training and professional services. Our follow the sun support operation provides technical assistance to customers globally and in real time.

Customers can log a ticket in three ways, through our web portal, via phone or by email.

Live Support (During Office Hours)

Celestix offers telephone support to customers with a valid warranty or purchased support agreement. Please review our Warranty Support Policy for product coverage. Celestix customers must have a Celestix Support ID or service contract to use Celestix Support Services. If you don't have a Support ID, please register your product or contact our support team.
