Sales Administrator

Celestix Networks is a fast growing, privately held enterprise security appliance vendor offering a broad range of ready-to-deploy security appliances and turnkey security solutions. Celestix currently has a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work in a dynamic and evolving environment at their Singapore location. This position will suport sales team and co-ordinate sales activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Help provide quotations to customers and partners when required.
  • Consolidate and update all price lists in all regions.
  • Provide sales follow up with customers and partners when required.
  • Provide telemarketing cold call to target customers in Singapore.
  • Process POs (both from channel partners and US office) and provide shipping tracking information.
  • Generating sales reports.
  • Maintaining the list of channel partners including resellers and distributors.
  • Administrating the distribution agreement and process and execute the agreement.
  • Help in provision and monitoring of all RMA and loans matters.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Should be detail oriented, well organized and punctual.
  • Knowledge of standard sales procedures, practices, and technique.
  • Should be a team player with excellent communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior industry experience desired.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Database.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English.
