Tim Ager
Chief Executive Officer
Tim Ager is a business professional with 15 years of experience in the payment and IT security industry. Mr Ager joined the company in 2006 to establish operations in Europe before serving as VP of Worldwide Sales. Prior to joining Celestix Mr Ager was responsible for IT security sales at pan-European security distributor Allasso and latterly InTechnology. He has also held executive positions at Bottomline Technologies where he was responsible for the management of sales their payment security solutions to overseas markets. Mr Ager holds a BA in Archaeology from the University of Reading.
Yong Thye Lin
Chief Operating Officer
Yong-Thye Lin is an entrepreneur with 21 years of' experience in the computer industry and has spent 10 years in California. In 2000, he founded Celestix Networks, Inc. in Silicon Valley. Mr Lin was responsible for all finance and administration, business development and field marketing in the region. In addition, he was responsible for corporate communications and product marketing. Mr Lin returned to Singapore in July 2004 to expand Celestix operations in Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr Lin co-founded AIMS Lab Pte Ltd in 1992, a Singapore-based developer of digital video products where he served as VP of sales and marketing. He moved to California in 1994 to establish AIMS Lab, Inc. where he successfully introduced AIMS Lab's products into major national retail accounts. Mr Lin holds a BSc in Finance and Decision Science from the University of Oregon
Wong Ngee Eng
Chief Financial Controller
Ms. Wong is the corporate financial controller at Celestix where she oversees the global financial operations of the business. Prior to joining Celestix in 2000 Ms Wong was the senior accountant at CapitalLand, a company with a focus in real estate financial services. Before her time at CapitalLand, Ms Wong was a senior accountant for affiliated companies under the SembCorp Industries Group, an SGX listed main board e company that specializes in marine and offshore engineering as well as developing integrated industrial townships in Asia. Ms Wong also spent two years as a management accountant at the Singapore Ministry of Defense in their Land & Estates Organization. Ngee Eng Wong is a certified public accountant. Ms. Wong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Southampton.
Silas Brooks
Director of Support
Silas Brooks is Director of Technical Support and Operations at Celestix. In his role, Silas Brooks leads Information Technologies, Operations and Technical Support for Celestix Enterprise Network Appliances. Mr Brooks joined Celestix in November 2011 with over 25 years of extensive experience in developing and implementing support process on a global scale. He has the overall responsibility for customer satisfaction from software support to hardware support for the Celestix global customer base. Prior to joining Celestix Networks, Mr Brooks held positions at Aptare, Inc. where he managed the technical support team that supported the Aptare StorageConsole solution, and previously served as the Global Technical Support Manager at Symantec after the acquisition of Vontu in 2007. In particular Mr Brooks managed Symantec's Data Loss Prevention Advanced and Backline support teams.
